Information We Collect
When you submit our Get Support form, we collect your full name, phone number, county/location, and the message you share with us. Email address and cancer type/stage are optional. We only collect what we need to understand and respond to your request.
How We Use and Protect It
Your information is used solely to review your support request and get in touch with you. Sensitive details (such as your message and any cancer type/stage you share) are encrypted before being stored. Access is restricted to authorized Cam Foundation staff, and every time a staff member views your submission, that access is logged. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your Rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act (2019), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To make such a request, please email us at info@cam-foundationke.org.
Donations
Donation payments are processed by Flutterwave. We store the transaction reference, amount, and status to maintain accurate records; we do not store your card or M-Pesa details.
